Shipping policy

We ship from China to customers in the United States and other supported destinations. All standard shipping on Casavita orders is free.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

For U.S. orders, typical delivery is 7-15 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs review, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders unless a special service or unusual address requirement is clearly shown before checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For U.S. orders, import duties and taxes are generally not separately charged by Casavita at checkout. If a carrier or customs authority applies an unexpected charge based on destination rules, the customer is responsible unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@casavita.life. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has stopped updating or your package appears delayed, contact us and we will help review the shipment with the carrier.
