FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these products for practice or collection?
Both exist in our lineup. Some models are more practical for taiji training, while others are built with stronger visual presence for display and collecting. Each product page indicates the recommended use.
What materials are the blades made from?
Most models use martensitic stainless steel, pattern-welded steel, or high-carbon steel depending on the intended use. The blade material is listed in the specifications section of every product page.
Do blade finishes or fittings vary between units?
Because these are traditional hand-finished products, minor variations in fittings, patina, and grain character are normal and are part of the craft. Major differences from the listing are not expected, but small natural variations are a feature, not a flaw.
How should I store and maintain my saber or sword?
Keep it dry, avoid prolonged humidity, and use maintenance oil when appropriate for the listed steel type. Store it responsibly out of reach of children. See our Care & Warranty page for more detail.
Can I use these products for cutting practice?
Our taiji products are designed for taiji forms, display, and collection. They are not tested for cutting or heavy-impact use. Using them for cutting may damage the blade and is not covered by our support policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please include your country or region when contacting us for a shipping estimate. Note that blade-product import regulations vary by country — buyers are responsible for checking local laws before ordering.
