Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories when possible.
- Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back.
- We may decline returns that are missing parts, show misuse, or are sent back without authorization.
Non-quality returns
For returns that are not caused by a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
How to request a return
Email support@casavita.life with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if needed.
Order cancellations
If your order has not entered processing or shipment, contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
